Who this page is for

This policy describes information submitted through the Envision AI landing pages and discovery-call application. The site is for business inquiries. Please do not submit patient records, medical details, passwords, or other sensitive information.

Information you provide

When you apply, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, role, and answers about your business needs, workflow challenges, estimated budget, timing, decision process, and how you heard about us. If you arrive through a tagged link, we also save its campaign source, medium, campaign name, content, and term with your application. These help us understand which page or campaign brought an inquiry.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, prepare for a discovery call, evaluate a possible project, and manage follow-up. Submitting an application gives us permission to contact you about that request. It does not subscribe you to a general marketing list.

Storage and service providers

Applications are stored in the site's hosted database and are available to the authorized Envision AI site owner through a protected inbox. The website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. We do not sell application information.

Scheduling and embedded media

If you proceed to booking, Calendly receives the contact details and business answers needed to prepare your booking. Calendly handles scheduling and its confirmation messages under its own privacy policy. Once a booking is reported by its embedded calendar, the site may record that event with the application. If a video hosted by Loom, YouTube, or Vimeo is added to a page, loading or playing it may share technical information with that provider under its own policies.

Cookies and analytics

The landing pages do not currently load a Meta advertising pixel or Google Analytics. They use in-page events to identify steps in the application process; those events do not include your name, email, or phone number. Embedded scheduling or video providers may use their own cookies. Browser or hosting security services may process technical information needed to operate and protect the site.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your application, or stop following up, by contacting shopashgand@gmail.com. We keep business inquiries while they are relevant to the request and any resulting work. We will review deletion requests in light of any records we need to retain.

Updates

We may update this policy as our tools and processes change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
